Our absolute favorite seafood restaurant on the north end of Whidbey Island is Seabolt's Smokehouse in Oak Harbor. This casual restaurant offers sit-down dining as well as take-out. Our favorite dinners here are the cod & chips. The fish is light and flaky, and the french fries are super crisp!
